Anxiety

Feeling constantly on edge, overwhelmed, or stuck in worry can take a real toll on your daily life. Anxiety can show up in many ways—racing thoughts, sleep issues, panic attacks, or a constant sense that something’s wrong. You might feel like your mind won’t turn off, or like you're always bracing for the worst.

In therapy, we’ll work together to understand where your anxiety comes from and what it’s trying to protect you from. We’ll use tools to help calm your nervous system, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and build a sense of safety in your body and mind. You don’t have to live in survival mode.
