Hi, I’m Scott!

I’m a trauma-focused therapist licensed in the state of Georgia, who works with adults dealing with the weight of PTSD/complex PTSD, anxiety, and tough relationship patterns. I use EMDR and approach therapy through a feminist, culturally-mindful lens. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, build emotional strength, and find real, lasting healing—whatever that looks like for you. Other than being a therapist, I’m a husband, dad, Army veteran, outdoorsman, and a creative who loves baking and music. When I’m not working, you can find me hiking local trails, coaching classes at the gym, and noodling on my guitar!

Explore what I offer

Adult psychotherapy is a space to explore how past experiences may still be affecting you today. If you’ve been through trauma or relational wounding, it can show up in ways that feel confusing or overwhelming. Therapy helps you understand those patterns, process what’s hard, and build tools to feel more grounded and connected.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapy that helps people heal by targeting memories and feelings that seem “stuck.” Using eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation, EMDR helps the brain process painful experiences so they feel less intense and overwhelming. It’s a structured approach that supports healing without needing to talk through every detail of the trauma.

Telehealth therapy lets you connect with your therapist from a space that feels safe and familiar—like your home. It offers the same support and connection as in-person sessions, while giving you more comfort, flexibility, and control.
